For the pastry:<\/h3>\n\n

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients<\/strong> together until smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    For the cream:<\/h3>\n\n

    1. In a small saucepan, bring the milk <\/strong>and the ReFlavor orange peel flour<\/strong> to a boil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. In another saucepan, combine the egg yolks<\/strong>, sugar<\/strong>, and flour<\/strong>, then slowly pour in the flavored milk, stirring constantly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Assembly:<\/h3>\n\n

      <\/p>\n\n

      1. Roll out 2\/3 of the pastry and line a tart pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Pour the cooled cream onto the pastry base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
