Method

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until the dough is soft and smooth; if necessary, add one or more tablespoons of water.
  2. Let the dough rise in the bowl until it doubles in size.
  3. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until it is 1-2 mm thick.
  4. Using a pastry cutter, cut the dough into 6 x 4 cm strips and poke holes in them with a fork.
  5. Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in a preheated static oven at 180-200°C for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
