Orders and Payments
1. Purchase methods
1.1 The products offered for sale by Packtin srl are exclusively those present on the website www.reflavor.it at the time of submitting the Order, as described in the related information sheets.
1.2 It is understood that the images accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product are for informational purposes only and may not perfectly represent its characteristics but may differ, for example, in color and dimensions (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the Site and view the images).
1.3 To place an Order, the Customer must complete all parts of the relevant form on the Site and submit it after carefully reviewing the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product(s) they intend to purchase. The Customer must also request Packtin srl, if desired, to issue a tax invoice for the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972.
1.4 The correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Packtin srl via an email response, sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will briefly report the purchase conditions, as required by applicable regulations, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that they can verify this data and promptly communicate any necessary corrections.
2. Prices and payment methods
2.1 The prices indicated on the site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment fees are in any case communicated in advance to the Customer through the site or these Conditions.
2.2 The following payment methods are available:
– PayPal. Payment is made through the PayPal circuit according to its specific methods.
– Satispay. Payment is made through the Satispay circuit according to its specific methods.
– Credit/debit card. Under no circumstances and at no stage of the payment process will Packtin srl be able to know the information relating to the Customer’s credit/debit card, transmitted via a protected connection directly to the site of the banking institution managing the transaction. No computer archive of Packtin srl will store such data and, therefore, under no circumstances can Packtin srl be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit/debit cards by third parties.
