Ginger-flavored biscuits are made with ReFlavor rice okara flour, a product obtained through the valorization and upcycling of the solid residue from the production of plant-based beverages.

Thanks to the presence of okara, the product is rich in fiber and a source of protein.

Ingredients: Organic type “0” soft wheat flour (49%), organic rice okara (23%), organic cane sugar, organic high oleic sunflower oil, organic shea butter, organic agave inulin, organic ginger powder (1%), leavening agents: monopotassium tartrate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, organic corn starch.

May contain sesame, soy, and mustard.
