Oat and Ginger Crunchy Flatbreads contain ReFlavor oat pulp, a product obtained through a process of enhancement and upcycling of the solid residue from plant-based drink production. Thanks to this ingredient, they are high in fiber and a source of protein.
Ingredients: organic soft wheat flour type “1”, organic high-oleic sunflower oil, 7.1% organic oat pulp flour, 2% organic ginger, yeast, salt.
