Method
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy.
- Add the butter, previously left at room temperature for 15 minutes, the ReFlavor Bilberry Peel Flour, the plain flour, the baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Knead, gradually adding the milk (or plant-based drink) until smooth.Mix the batter, gradually adding milk (or plant-based milk) until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin cups lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes.
