Method
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cut out the cookies using cookie cutters, and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
