Method
- In a bowl, beat the egg and sugar until frothy.
- Add the diced butter, previously left at room temperature for 15 minutes, the ReFlavor Oat Okara Flour, the all-purpose flour, and the baking powder.
- Knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Shape the dough into balls, flatten them, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, until golden.
