Method

  1. In a bowl, beat the egg and sugar until frothy.
  2. Continuing to mix, gradually add the Oat Okara Flour ReFlavor, the flour, the baking powder, and finally the milk or plant-based drink.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan, grease it with butter or oil, and then pour in 2 tablespoons of the mixture.
  4. Cook over medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, then flip it and finish cooking on the other side.
  5. Fill them however you like; they’re perfect with fresh fruit, jam, maple syrup, or hazelnut spread.
