From this thought a simple but revolutionary idea was born: transforming what would normally be discarded into a source of exceptional nutrition. Every day, tons of by-products from the agri-food chain are wasted because they are mistakenly considered “waste”. Their properties and the benefits they bring to our body, however, remain unchanged. This is why it is important to give them a second life thanks to upcycling.
From tomato peels rich in lycopene, to oat okara full of vegetable proteins and fibers, each of our flours is an incredibly rich resource of nutrients.
